                            Founded in 2019 by Mr. Hirantha Baddage, a passionate cricketer who has played at school level in Sri Lanka and across club and domestic circuits in Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and the UAE, HB was officially launched in Sri Lanka in 2022. It stands as the first-ever Sri Lankan-owned ICC-approved cricket equipment brand offering complete solutions for both senior and junior cricketers.

                            Driven by his years of playing experience, Mr. Baddage’s vision is to deliver top-tier products at affordable prices, giving local cricketers access to world-class gear while opening doors for international players to trust and adopt the HB brand.

                            In 2022, Mr. Jayan Jayawardana, a visionary entrepreneur and former first-class cricketer for the prestigious Chilaw Marians Cricket Club, joined forces as Owner/Partner with HB Sports Private Limited. As a dynamic business leader behind ventures such as Jaya Farm, JF Exports, and Thapprobane General Trading LLC, Mr. Jayawardana brings a wealth of expertise in both business and sport. His deep-rooted passion for cricket, paired with a commitment to excellence, plays a pivotal role in shaping HB Sports into a brand synonymous with Sri Lankan pride and international quality.
